Lots of changes in my life.

I decided to start living a healthier life, because my Dr. said I am a walking heart attack. So I decided to eat healthier, be more active, and while doing this I dropped 26 lbs. I am going to lose about 15 more.

I have discovered the benefits of Yoga, (mind and body). Tennis, and I have learned if I am extremely stressed out I can go outside and run the stress off..

I still have something I need to work on tho... I get so mad when people think they are above other people, and have made a choice to eliminate negativity out of my life, I have chose to stay away from people who bring me down, family members who like to make you feel like your nothing, etc.

You teach people how to treat you, and if someone makes you feel small, you allowed them too, so I have made a choice to surround myself with good things, good people, and try to be the person I want others to be. that is all we can do... right?
